life turned my greatest insecurity into a passion for helping others create a healthy, sustainable life you love.

You may have found me through Instagram, where I've been sharing my personal wellness journey. Being vulnerable with my own struggles, while sometimes wildly uncomfortable, has been a core part of my mission. My goal is to normalize CICO (calories in, calories out) and how we feel in our bodies, and to show that this journey is about progress, not perfection.

My own transformation began when I had to figure out a lot on my own. I dove deep into the world of nutrition and health to truly understand what my body needed. That experience completely changed my life. Now, my passion is to help others navigate their own path, and I'm dedicated to sharing the knowledge and tools I've gained to empower you to create a sustainable and healthy life you love.

I've been fortunate to turn that passion into a business, I wrote an ebook, launched my coaching program, and even created a cute scale, with more fun things on the way (!!!). When I'm not doing all of this, I'm working my full-time tech job in the Bay Area, and spending my free time crafting, gardening, and playing with my little Cavalier, Cinnamon.
